Cancellation Policy

The Rheo Experience Cancellation, No-Show & Deposit Policy To maintain the elevated, intimate standard of The Rheo Experience, all appointments require a non-refundable deposit that is applied to your service. Cancellations or reschedules made within 48 hours allow your deposit to be transferred once and must be used within the same month. After that, a new deposit is required. Failing to cancel within 48 hours is considered a no-show. No-show clients cannot book again and must contact me personally before being considered to being rebooked, and a new deposit will be required.
